In order to obtain answers to all your questions and assistance in organizing your operations, you can subscribe to a service contract with our company. This service allows you to enjoy :
- A hotline to help users who have attended the training sessions.
- This assistance will be facilitated if you are an ASP - as our team of technicians will be able to connect to your database to better understand your problem.
- Updates for improvements and minor versions of our solutions throughout the duration of the subscription contract.
Training
Although our solutions are intended to be ergonomic, easy to use, forward looking, seeking to discover the most advanced functions and aiming at serving you best in the integration of our solutions; Eudonet Canada Inc offers two types of training (on site or in our office)

Divided into days or half-days, every training session consists of advice combined with practical exercises and a period of questions and answers.
